![]() ![]() The only con I really have about this place was communication and some slight backstabbing but the same people may not work there anymore. If you are selected to do inventory it’s rough like it would be anywhere but they make it fun and worthwhile. He attended the Christmas parties and was a lot of fun. He is very attentive to his business and to his employees. Everyone in the shop in the back are super cool and fun to work with. ![]() I didn’t work on the sales floor exactly but I heard many of the sales reps say the pay was terrible and at certain times commission is hard to get (depends on the season and how well the sales rep can sell ). If they don’t like you (rare) they will treat you like an outsider ( not my personal experience). It made me sad to leave but certain circumstances and decisions made me. I personally didn’t have any issues here until right before I left voluntarily. ![]() The work environment feels like a family. The regular customers are a awesome! The events were amazing and so much fun. I loved every single second of my job and my time there. Our job is purely to sell with the tools, processes, and training that is given and the result should be to pay those employees based on the - more. I really struggle to understand how this is so hard to understand. While this review is not to thrash the current management or owners or xyz, it is certainly demoralizing to the rest of your front line team in all departments who work day after day to not only make sure they can provide for themselves but also for everyone’s paycheck above them only to have it taken back for not controlling customers to write reviews, take pictures, or even simply show up. This used to be a company called to serve the small percentage of people in the US that actually utilize their products but now it’s focused on pushing as many vehicles out at the expense of anyone below management while they compare who has the more expensive cars, watches, boots, jewelry, etc without any real look at why there is a struggle to meet the metrics at hand. There aren’t enough people coming in in a daily basis to make sure everyone meets the quota for fresh greets? Take your pay. Can’t get google reviews? Take your pay, Customers don’t want their photos taken and put online? Take your pay. While I have always supported setting higher and higher expectations to move the company and my position in life forward, the consequences of below top performance continue to be a struggle point. However, recent ownership changes have made for the setting of unrealistic goals on poor traffic flow. The company as a whole is good and has had a fantastic team for the past few years. ![]()
